Obinna Ukpai

Mr. Obinna Ukpai is a lecturer in the department of Agricultural Technology, Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Uwana, Ebonyi State. He began his first degree at the Federal University of Technology Owerri , were he obtained B. Tech in Agricultural Economics & Extension and proceeded to Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike for his M.Sc. program. He lectures courses at the department alongside his erudite colleagues.
