Manuscript Guidelines
- Papers are invited in all the sub-themes.
- The paper must be written in Microsoft Word Times New Roman Font Size 12, and in good English.
- The papers should contain the Title, Author(s) and Affiliation(s), Emails and Phone Numbers of corresponding author, Abstracts of not more than 250 words and five keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods or Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion & Recommendation(s), Acknowledgements and References.
- All tables, figures and plates MUST be included as appendix at the end of the texts.
- Referencing should be done using APA referencing style.

The total volume of the manuscript, including the appendix, should not exceed six (6) pages.

5-Minutes Paper Upload Procedure
- Choose the conference sub-theme you are submitting the paper to, from the drop-down.
- Type in your manuscript title in the box provided.
- Type in the lead author’s name in the format indicated.
- Click “Choose File” to upload your manuscript. Note the maximum file size is 2MB. Only MSWord documents (.doc, .docx) are accepted.
- Validate your file upload by re-uploading same file as in (4). Click the “Choose File” button or ‘Add File’ to select the paper you uploaded before. Only MSWord documents are accepted. Wait till the upload completes to 100%; when the “Add To Cart” button becomes active. The document must not be more than 2MB in size.
- Click ‘Add To Cart’ button when it becomes active, to proceed to payment. On the payment page, fill in your billing details, e.g. name, email address, phone number, etc.
- Choose your preferred method of payment, either online with debit card or manually by direct transfer/deposit to our official account.
- Click ‘Place Order’ to complete your transaction. If you choose direct transfer/deposit, our account details will be displayed on the next page, with your order number. Use this order number as your transaction reference when making payment. Then send your payment receipt on WhatsApp to 09021674649 to validate your order.
- Please note that a box containing your Manuscript ID and your chosen sub-theme will be displayed on the next screen after you have placed your order, and also contained in the email you will receive. Please document these for further correspondence.
- A Provisional Acceptance Letter will be issued for your manuscript within 24hours of successful submission and payment.
